How your information is handled.
This page explains what happens to your details when you sign up for the gift or for An Anchor. It is written to be read, not to be endured.

Who is responsible for your information
Trinity Thinking is the spiritual leadership and personal development practice of Nadine Benjamin MBE. Trinity Thinking is the data controller for the information described on this page, which means it decides what is collected and why.
For anything to do with your information, including asking to see it or to have it deleted, write to Nadine@trinity-thinking.com.
What is collected
Only what is needed, and only what you give.
When you sign up
The signup forms on this site are provided by Kit. They collect your email address, and your first name where the form asks for it. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is inferred about you.
When you book a conversation
Bookings are handled by Calendly. Calendly collects your name, your email address, your time zone and anything you choose to write in the booking notes.
When you simply visit
This site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. Those logs include your IP address, the pages requested and your browser type. They are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a picture of you.
Why, and on what basis

Your email address is never sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own marketing. It is not shared with Nadine's other work, including her opera and recording career or the Conscious Creative Leadership podcast. Those are separate, and your details stay here.
Who else processes it
Four services are involved in running this site. Each one sees only what it needs.

Kit, Netlify, Calendly and Google are based in the United States, so your information is transferred outside the United Kingdom. Each of them offers transfer safeguards of the kind UK data protection law requires, and their own privacy notices set out the detail.
How long it is kept
- If you are subscribed: your details are kept for as long as you stay on the list.
- If you unsubscribe: a minimal record is kept so that you are not written to again by mistake. Everything else is removed.
- If you ask to be deleted: everything is removed, including that record.
- Server logs: kept for the short period Netlify retains them, then discarded automatically.
- Booking records: kept while the arrangement is live and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask to see the information held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy in a portable form. You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You do not have to give a reason, and nobody will write to ask why.

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixel. Nothing follows you around after you leave.
Two things to be straight about. The Kit signup forms are loaded from Kit and may set a cookie of their own to remember that you have already signed up. Google Fonts receives your IP address each time a page loads, because the typefaces are served from Google rather than from this site.
The introduction video on the home page is served from this site, not from YouTube, so watching it tells nobody anything.
How to complain
If something here concerns you, please raise it first at Nadine@trinity-thinking.com so it can be put right.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this page
If what happens to your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Where a change is significant, subscribers are told by email rather than left to notice.
